APPC
After a study of the facilities and processes, the possible hazards in each stage are analysed and the critical control points are identified. Preventive and corrective measures have been established as well as monitoring systems, with their corresponding records.
This ensures that all our products are of excellent quality and completely safe for consumption.
Animal control
All our slaughterhouse processes are subject to strict veterinary control, from the live animal arriving until the issuance of the final product. In this way, we ensure that Carns JB products meet all food safety regulations.
Carns JB has health authorization as a slaughterhouse, quartering plant and meat storage with R.G.S 10.003221-HU
Traceability
Traceability is a system that aims to provide food information quickly throughout the food chain.
In the same way that scientists attach a chip in the leg or the back of an animal to follow its every move, food that follows a traceability system enables producers, manufacturers and health authorities to trace the food from its origin until it reaches the hands of the consumers.
Carns JB, SL strictly complies with the rules of traceability, which allows us to control our product from the farm to the customer.
