Carcases
Carns JB raises, fattens and slaughters animals from the four predominant breeds in Spain: Aragon, Merino and the Spanish and Manchego breeds.
Attending to the commercial specifications of our customers, the carcasses are classified according to three parameters: weight, conformation and fat.
Our slaughterhouse has the relevant health authorization as a Muslim religious ritual slaughtering (Halal).
Quartering
In our industry we are experts in quartering lamb and goat. We offer from basic quartering to deboning any piece of animal, presented fresh or frozen.
Packaging
We have the technology to be able to present the fresh product in a vacuum-sealed package or in a protective atmosphere tray. Frozen products are vacuum-sealed or interleaved according to the preferences of our customers.
Offal
In our offal section we carefully process the by-products, prepare them and present them according to the needs of our customers.
